Booking Guidelines

Pre-Treatment conditions, Booking Guidelines, Cancellation and Rescheduling Terms

 

Please ensure you have fully read and understood the following terms

 

Pre-Treatment:

 

All Laser Hair Removal, Facial and Body treatment sessions require pre-check before conducting the treatment upon your arrival.

 

Your practitioner will ask you if there are any medical changes prior to the treatment and it is your responsibility to provide the accurate feedback to the best of your knowledge.

 

Such measurements are there for your safety and we urge you to provide your best cooperation with us on this matter.

 

Please kindly note that under the following conditions the treatment will not be performed and if any of the following conditions appears and best effort has not been exercised by the client to inform us in timely manner way of such condition, with minimum 24 hours’ notice, as a result the session will be deducted from your course of treatment.

 

  1. Any considerable skin sensitivity/irritation condition, i.e. unusual redness, cuts, bruises, … on all or part of the areas to be treated. The condition might occur from bad weather, sun exposure, shaving, accident …

  2. Having flu, cold any other sickness on the day

  3. Being on Anti-biotic with less than 14 days’ gap (from the date of finishing the medication) to your treatment

  4. Any changes in medical history, any medication which may have affect your treatment and you are on the course of such medication while you have your treatment booked

  5. Not following pre-care and post-care advices which are discussed during consultation and available on the website where applicable

 

If you are unsure that medication you are taking or certain condition would affect your treatment, please send us an email to info@wharfclinic.com as soon as you start the medication so we can confirm if treatment can go ahead or not.

 

If you have your doctor’s note ready that under the condition still treatment can go ahead, please bring the note when attending your session.

 

Booking Options:

 

  1. Online via www.wharfclinic.com.

 

For consultation and skin patch test there is a 30 minutes’ session option only.

Each new client is entitled to book only one session for consultation.

Since different treatments’ time, depends on the number of areas and technologies to be combined during the treatment, there are different slots available. For existing clients please choose according to your previous bookings. For new clients we will inform you on the day of your consultation.

 

Note: Please choose the correct time slots for your treatment, if less time has been chosen we won’t be able to do the full treatment on the session and if bigger time slot been chosen which is not required for your treatment, the time will be deducted from your sessions.

Booking Confirmation:

 

As soon as any booking is done within a few minutes there will be an email confirmation of booking sent to the email you provided during your registration.

 

If you do not receive the email confirmation please get in touch with us as soon as possible by phone or email, to assure of your booking.

 

 

24 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a text message reminder of your booking. Any cancellation after this point will deduct a session of your course.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

 

24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or change any appointment in order to keep all the sessions and no loss of deposit.

 

Each email confirmation includes a link for cancelation or rescheduling the appointment which directly takes you to the online booking.
